I'm a new resident of Port Dover. Had many dogs over the years and have been to many pet food stores. It's evident that the owner takes pride in what he sells and knows exactly what he's selling to the customers and most importantly for their pets. The owner seems very knowledgeable, is very kind and patient and wants to ensure the customer knows what they're buying. I'll definitely be back! Thank you!
Amazing customer service! Went in looking for a certain brand for my picky puppy. They were very knowledgeable with the various dog foods, and was given a couple samples to try. I returned to purchase the dog food my dog loved, unfortunately they didn't have any. The owner supplied me with a week's worth of samples, until the next shipment! Thank you for your great care
Some of the staff are excellent. Some of the staff can’t be bothered to move from their stool to help customers. Depends who you get.. don’t love coming here but do because of necessity.
Five star plus. Just moved to Dover. Went in on a Saturday requested are regular cat food, they did not have are selected flavors. Within a few days it was ordered in for are Spooky. They even priced match. Awesome customer service. Hats off to the very friendly staff and owners. Greatly appreciated. Definitely are new pet store. We love supporting local family businesses. Definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend by this gang. Thanks again for going the extra mile.
I went into A Pets Delight curious about my pet's diet and the owner could not have been more helpful! He took the time to explain absolutely everything to me and made me feel so educated and informed on what I was feeding my pup. He could not have been kinder and you can tell that they 100 % care about the needs and health of your pet above all else! What a great store and great ownership!
I walked into this store requesting a specific brand of dog food but apparently it's only offered at Pet Valu. A gentleman assisted me and recommended a dog food made in Canada. Later I checked it online and discovered it received very good reviews. Once I got home, I served it to my dogs and they loved it. The service here is excellent, and I definitely will return. My dogs' health is extremely important to me and I want to provide them with the very best.
